I like what Justin had to say, with more giveaways! It seems that the common theme, as is customary for January of every years, is that streamlining and goal setting, like faster loading Wordpress sites and regular posting on blogs.
Justin brought a good point on his wish list - streamlined Wordpress. No matter how many plugins we may add to our sites, if it doesn't load fast enough, no one is going to stick around, are they? Also, with our busy lives, another common request is... staff and writers.
Google is the place to go for that help. Another suggestion is your communities. That's my word for 2013, "community." There to help, there to share.
Depending on where we are at in our experience level, we have advice to offer to others. For those of us who have been doing this awhile, some common themes emerge.
In closing, great quote from Justin, "I am my blog...My blog is me." A challenge (and encouragement) for all bloggers: Connect with your readers and those in your community as you, the person, not just a faceless brand.

Recently I had the privilege of interviewing Justin Germino (a.k.a. Dragon Blogger). In fact, it was the first video interview he had granted. Justin is very inspiring, as you will see from the video interview, below. Join us on 1/16/13 at 3:00 pm EST and ask him questions about blogging. He has tried many blogging experiments and is joining us to share some of his findings, wisdom, and expertise with the blogging community.
This Twitter Chat will be a blast with Dragon Blogger there. You won't want to miss his insights and the great information that he shares at all Twitter Chats.
