The personal Profiles allow us to engage as individuals, while the Pages allow us to engage as the brand/company/service/product.
We are pretty confident on the different between personal profiles and brand pages. Speaking of which, let's share some of ours...
Expectations for Facebook generally revolve around our personal interests and our goals and objectives for our businesses. A key thing is to know our audiences and deliver relevant content to them.
Several things came to mine, along the lines of improving how we use Facebook for our brand and efficiency while doing it. Even some testing on what is the most effective use of Facebook, for marketing benefits.
We love those compliments (Thank you!), but more than that, we love you and enjoy our chats every week. Be sure to join us for the hangout next week, which starts half-way through the chat. You can watch the hangout and tweet at the same time, from this page: Social Web Cafe TV.

Even after Facebook has been around for awhile, and especially with all of the changes over its lifetime, there remains some level of confusion for people, on the difference between the profile and the fan page. Add in the groups and lists, and it can become interesting.
If you are a Facebook expert and you have a handle on this, please come share. If you are one of those who would like a better understanding of the differences and how to use the profile and page in a more effective manner, join us!
