A2 Definitely Twitter and Facebook. At this point I just don't have time to do much more (my baby-girl takes the most of my time now). But using even those two you can get pretty far if you stay consistent. #SocialCafe
A2 Twitter is probably the easiest tool out there. Twitter chats are particularly cool :) Yeah-yeah, I'm a little biased there too, because I've been helping Ann @seosmarty with Twitter chats for many years now, and I love them! #SocialCafe
A2 Twitter chats usually have very friendly crowds :) You show up there a few times, people start recognizing you and follow you back. And eventually become a part of your collaboration success. #SocialCafe
@SanaKnightly @seosmarty I remember pestering Ann to start a Twitter Chat for #MyBlogGuest. I think I was annoying in my pestering, but it was how we met in 2012 :). I'm glad she decided to try it! The world is a better place ;). #SocialCafe

A2 Google Alerts are very handy too for tracking both people, brands and keywords you are interested in. Sign up once, and Google will do the rest for you. #SocialCafe
A3 Consistency. If you have found your passion - commit to it. It's a hard work to get your name / brand out there. It's not something you can do once in a while. It's your 24/7 job. #SocialCafe
A3 Activity. Regular posts on your blog or Youtube channel definitely bring more visibility. Also make sure that your social feed is updated daily as well. @vcbuzz can definitely help you there with minimal efforts ;) #vcbuzz #SocialCafe
A3 Be nice! These days people tend to get a little aggressive for no good reason trying to prove their point. I see that a lot on social media, and that is very upsetting. #SocialCafe
A3 I'm not saying you should change your point of view and believes, but there is always a nicer way to express yourself without offending anyone. #SocialCafe
@socialwebcafe Consistency shows you are a valuable asset to others. If you are all over the place then people don't know where you fit! (and it is possible you don't either) #SocialCafe
@SanaKnightly That is so true @Sanaknightly I thought it was just me but yes, I've notice the aggression and the dissension of a lack of kindness. Good point! #SocialCafe
