  38. A2: I've regularly ask others how I can be an encouragement to them for their journey. That calls for engagement in a personal way. #SocialCafe

  40. @Kathrynclang You know.. I was wondering about that. We were really into gifs in about 1999. When they came out again, I was wondering if I missed something because it wasn't "new" but maybe it is the types of gifs... #SocialCafe

  50. A3 I would say the tools that allow you to get down to business. For example, though I love the Twitter Chat tools out there, @TweetDeck allows me to get in there and interact, so that is a helpful tool for #engagement and #interaction #SocialCafe #notPaid
  51. @socialcafechat A3: I think the key to engagement is a willingness to make time for others. Not sure tools can make this any easier. #SocialCafe

  56. @Kathrynclang @TweetDeck Exactly! I cringe (no offense to those who use it) when I see tools that will create comments and post them to articles that I didn't read... like, shouldn't I be reading the article and comment honestly, in a way that is helpful and encouraging? #SocialCafe

  58. @socialcafechat A4: You have motivated me to make a challenge list for my social media. I have the "multi-tasking mastering tools" in place and now I have to get serious about the investment! #SocialCafe
  59. A4 I belong to a group/team of people who agree to share each others' posts, etc. on a quid pro quo. The reason I like it is because it isn't a tactic. There are rules, but the idea is to truly encourage others with meaningful responses #SocialCafe

  69. Oh, and that reminds me.. Not sure what question I was going to respond to on this, but #Roundups are great, too. Using a tool like @myblogu allows us to not only collect views, but interact with people, another opportunity for engagement #SocialCafe

  103. A3 It almost seems easier to put likes on content on Facebook and LinkedIn and even comments to show that you care #SocialCafe
