We have definitely noticed that there are changes in social media, especially Twitter. Tonight we are discussing some of those things that we noticed! :)

  1. Specifically, what changes have we noticed in the rules related to Twitter?

When we look for the positive outcomes, we can find them, eh? Maybe some are more challenging, but they are there, if we want to find the positive.

  1. Now, are those rules related to manners or TOS (terms of service) changes?

Such a great #SocialCafe community we have! Always a giggle, even when chatting about otherwise-potentially-boring topics like TOS (terms of service) on social networking sites. Thanks, #SocialCafe! You all rock!

  1. How can we find the upside of rule changes (specifically TOS) when it comes to social media?

Kathryn is on a roll and we have the opportunity to learn from her tips (and encouragement). Didn’t I say that our #SocialCafe community rocks?! :)

  1. Now, how can we use that upside to our advantage, to help us in our usage of social media?

Glad we could find agreement and even on such things as accountability :)

About this Topic/Event

Ok, so we know that social media networks/communities change and even come and go. And, we have even had popular networks (thinking of Blab) that hit the top of the charts, so to speak, only to disappear in a blink. One of the most recent changes are the TOS (terms of service) changes at Twitter. I mean, yes, it happens, but these seem to have a bit of an impact. Now, how can we use these changes to our business advantage, compared to doing nothing?
