What are Twitter Ethics? How about Twitter Etiquette?

It is easy to see that there are ares for improvement on Twitter behavior, but how do we define it and agree on it and abide by it? It does not seem like there is a one-size-fits-all approach, and, as many on the chat agreed, it is somewhat subjective.
