  1. Have you figured out your 2014 community building and audience targeting goals? If so, what are they?

We all know that these goals interact and maximizing that interaction helps us to reach multiple goals. We are aiming for building our readership (as Marisa states) and engaging with that readership in a way that we are able to help them, as Pam states. Yay!

  1. What process did you use, to come up with the goals (course, advice)? What do you think you may add to that list?

Back to our process question, or how we will meet our goal(s)... Pam has the great idea of asking friends and family for their support and feedback. Shevy found out that putting together a vision board helped to give her clarity - Great ideas!

  1. How do you plan to measure your community building and targeting efforts to see if you are attaining those goals?

Similar to past weeks, we will track our engagement and community growth and see how well we are meeting those goals (without going too crazy doing it... lol).

  1. After this chat, what do you think you will be implementing into your 2014 community building and targeting efforts?

I love what Shevy says about spending time responding to her community. It is something many of us desire to do more of, but oftentimes get distracted away from doing it.

Good for you @NaturallyGlamTV - go for building that Pinterest following! It can be done. I have and have been honored by being called a Pinterest Influencer even when I just thought I was “doing my thing.” So, you can do it!

Final Thoughts and Action Steps

I agree! You all rock and this is a great community. Thanks for being who you are!
