Looking at Google Analytics can show some surprises on who is finding you via what search terms. Helps re-focus content.

Hootsuite is awesome! If I want to schedule something by the minute, tweetdeck. But, I'm weird ;)
I love having more than one because it's great for gathering different info. Helps with a media kit too
That is good.. that you focus on what works for you. You can add other things later.
