A1: I would have to say a lot of playing around, different strategies and planning to find the right place.

Q2 How do you decide when your strategy or approach needs updating (i.e. corrective action)?
A2: I would say that if I am getting reports regarding the same issue/concern, then I would update.
A1 Influenster, as nonsensical as it is, caused me to encourage myself to maintain my then, current, strategy

A2 Note really a point in time, I am a process-improvement-junkie :)
A2: Usually if the same problems keep coming to my attention, I will look for a solution
A2: led to a change in the bio to really reflect who I am even though I am limited on how much I can put in.

A2 clicks/replies drop. That interaction is what I find meaning in. That’s when I know I’ve got to change it

A3) I've learned it has great value. Without a way to measure analytics, ur just playing on Twitter & for a living
A2: When the I no longer see a steady growth I will try to switch things up.

A4) simplest was just targeting an audience and followers. Rather than just collecting followers, going after high value targets

A5: I entered this tweet chat recieving a lot of welcomes like you would entering a house, today, social media is a living room
